To take full advantage of the Off the Grid Creator Application, you will be required to have the following software and hardware.
Square Account
Our new Point of Sale (POS) system has been developed in collaboration with Square.
You will need to link your Square account to OTG Creator to participate in any Off the Grid Market and Catering events. If you don't have a Square account yet, you'll need one in order to proceed to the next step. More information about setting up a new Square account is available here.
For Creators that are new to Square, we’re here to support you and ensure you have what you need to make this transition as seamless as possible. Please contact appsupport@offthegridsf.com if you have any questions.
Once your Square account is set up (or if you already have an existing one), please Check our video training here to see how to link your account with the OTG Creator Application.
