Can I bring my dog to Off the Grid Markets?
Yes! Aside from our Larkspur location at Marin Country Mart, Off the Grid is proud to offer a dog-friendly environment in all of our markets. Note, some locations require our furry friends to be on-leash, so we kindly ask you to check-in with our on-site staff when you arrive (the friendly folks in the red)
Can I bring my own food and drinks to Off the Grid Markets?
While we don’t place restrictions on bringing outside food to Off the Grid events, we strongly encourage guests to support our diverse community of mobile food and beverage purveyors. Off the Grid regularly works with incredible mobile food partners — offering just about every cuisine imaginable — and the majority are locally owned and operated. We believe that discovering and sharing new food experiences is what makes us special. There truly is something for everyone at Off the Grid!
Can I reserve tables, chairs, fire pits at your markets?
In the interest of creating shared spaces that are accessible to everyone, Off the Grid does not currently offer reservations / reserved seating. We encourage visitors to enjoy our designated communal areas on a first come, first served basis. If you’re planning to attend with a large group and/or space is a concern, we encourage you to plan ahead and arrive early to snag a spot!
If you’re interested in hosting a private event with Off the Grid, our Catering team would love to help! Please tell us more about your event by completing our online questionnaire, and a member of our Catering team will get back to you within 1 business day.

Can I suggest a new market location?
We are always open to potential new location ideas, and there are numerous factors that go into selecting a new location. Our Business Development team looks forward to learning more about what you have in mind!
If you own or manage an underutilized space that you want to activate with an Off the Grid Market, please email us at email@example.com and let us know a little more about your space, your company (if applicable), and you!
Alternatively, if you simply have a suggestion of a cool neighborhood or community that could benefit from an Off the Grid Market, please let us know a little more about your suggestion, and our Business Development team will look into it.
It is often difficult to open a new market without a partner to support the project. If you have a relationship with any property owners, area community groups, or city officials that could allow us to start a conversation, this is essential information to include as well!
Can I pre-order food at any of Off the Grid's markets?
Unfortunately, we don't offer 'order ahead' services at our markets, except at Salesforce.
Can I host a fun activity at an Off the Grid market?
Off the Grid strongly believes in community enrichment and we want to protect our customers’ experiences at each market by ensuring they are not solicited with advertisement. Hence, we prohibit active distribution of handouts (including food/beverage sampling) at our markets. We are interested in providing an authentic and meaningful experience for our guests! We welcome fun activities, given that we have the necessary resources and approval from both our operations team and on-site partners.
To begin the process for approvals, please fill out our Partnership Application Form to give us an idea of what you’re interested in doing, and what kind of resources may be required on our end.
Our on-site activations can be associated with a sponsorship fee, depending on added value the activation will bring to the market. Our marketing team is happy to discuss further once we get the necessary approvals for the activation!
If you have any other questions, please reach out to our Partnerships & Amenities team at firstname.lastname@example.org!
