We have a scheduling tool on OTG Platform to book all of Off the Grid Catering events.
Introducing the Catering Event Builder! This feature allows our Catering teams to work directly in OTG Platform and are no longer juggling multiple systems to book their events.
This also allows consistency for booking markets and catering events at Off the Grid. The process will be very similar between the two and we are excited to show you what it's all about.
How were Catering events booked before the CEB?
In the past, Off the Grid catering events have been booked via email. Sometimes, event details are updated, and that creates very long email threads. This creates confusion for both the creator and the event producer.
We wanted to make this process easier for you and our catering event producers! This is why we developed a new solution internally to better help you.

Menu Items
Menu items are chosen based off of Catering menus listed inOTG Platform. Learn how to update your Catering menu here
Menus should include menu item descriptions, pricing, high quality photos, dietary options, and ingredients.
Event Updates
Any event updates will be included in the event reminders sent fromOTG Platform.
Tip: Double check event details 1-2 days prior to the scheduled event to make sure you are prepared and have all the information needed for a successful event!
