We wish you nothing but success this Winter Season and want to help you be prepared for the event!
A few things to keep in mind:
Health Inspections - There will be active inspections from the San Francisco Health Department, please make sure you are providing handwashing stations, fully prepped with hot water available.
Replenishing Supplies - All supplies must be carted into space. Due to fire-lane access, support vehicles will not be allowed to park inside the Winter Walk space. You can park your support vehicles in the Boudin- loading area on O'Farrell & Stockton.
Removal of Trash - There are Winter Walk garbage cans on O'Farrell that can be used at the end of the night for waste.
Menu - Having a more limited menu and highlighting the daily specials is highly recommended for longer shifts, especially on the weekend anchor and dinner shifts.
Programming activations are what gets the public the most excited about our events! We want you to be a part of it to include your business in the daily activations.
We will have different themed nights throughout the duration of the event. Our programming team will be in touch with you to curate the experiences and menus for our guests cohesive to the theme.
Here are some of the things you can expect:
- Creating a special menu item to serve the public
- Providing special decor or display decor provided by Off the Grid specific to the planned activation
- Post on social media using our suggested language and graphics prior to launch and twice over the duration of the event
Here are some examples of past events!
