*Notice from the creator of a canceled shift under 15 days prior to the scheduled shift: $250 fee will be billed.
Am I guaranteed the same space every week for my food truck or Cubert?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the same spot every week because of the different time's trucks may arrive or where the Cubert's will be dropped off in the space.
Trucks: Off the Grid, staff will assign a space for you and direct you when you arrive onsite.
Cuberts: Look out for your signage! Each Cubert has a marquee sign displayed on it and will let you know where you will be located for that day.
Is parking provided?
Trucks: Parking for any auxiliary vehicles are not provided. Space permitting, Creators can park auxiliary vehicles in the main post lawn parking lot for an hourly/daily rate.
Cuberts: You will be able to park (1) auxiliary vehicle in the spaces directly behind your tent.

Are there ATM’s on site?
Yes, there is an ATM at the bowling alley located at the Presidio.
Can I rent any items from Off the Grid?
Yes. Tables are available on a first come first served basis. Rental fees will apply. Rentals must be arranged ahead of time to ensure we have the ability to accommodate the requests.
Will power be provided?
Trucks: Required to bring your own generators. It must be a quiet-pack generator (57-65 decibels). In the event you need a generator rental, please reach out to the market supervisor at least 48 hours in advance.
Generator rental costs $75.
Cuberts: 30 amps included with Cubert. Any additional power will need to be requested through the market supervisor at least 48 hours in advance. It will be rented in 30 Amp increments for $85.
