Want more catering options within Off the Grid? Good news! Our very own in house product team has heard you loud and clear. Introducing, Catering Settings for your profile.
Everyday the Catering Sales team uses a tool called Discover Creators that allows them to find different food concepts on the fly while speaking to their clients on the phone. If you are what the client is looking for, the filter will find you depending on the options you have on your OTG Platform profile. If you have not filled out your Catering options, you may be missing out.
Catering Settings Overview
To edit the Catering Settings, click on the pencil on the top right side in order to make any changes. You will see the icon change to save, that means you're ready to start making changes.
Add anything you want the catering team to know about your business. A tagline, a couple of sentences describing you story, anything that may help sell your product to a prospecting client.
Additional Menu Options
These are specific dietary options that prospecting clients sometimes look for in food options. If you offer any these options, make sure to check the box to let the catering team know!
Sample Menu Items
Choose the menu that you want to display to the catering team so they can speak more to your product. Remember to select your catering menu, very different from the public menu you may offer at Markets. Pro tip, show photos of smaller portions that you may offer to larger group of 300 plus guests.
Optional Catering Options
Do you offer pre-made items? What about drop off service? Let us know by selecting the additional options.
Catering Service Photos
Click on "upload photo" and select file from your computer. This is very important to showcase what you want to portray to a prospect client. It's recommended that you have a photo of your catering setting, the food truck, and a close up of a food item. If you don't know what to showcase, ask your Customer Success Manager for tips and tricks!
