General documents are first tier and required to participate at any of Off the Grid's markets. It is the Creator's responsibility to keep ALL documents, including general documents, current and uploaded in IFK (IFK Document Upload Help). Certificate of Insurance: Off the Grid
A COI naming Off the Grid as additionally insured is required. Please make sure to read through the language and coverages required below.
General Creator Agreement
The Off the Grid General Creator Agreement is renewed each season and each year. It is valid for all Off the Grid markets in the Bay Area. Agreement addendums are different per the markets you apply for. Below are specific addendums:
- Presidio Picnic Addendum - To be signed when participating at Presidio Picnic
- Community Markets Addendum - To be signed when participating at all other markets
- Fort Mason Center Addendum - To be signed when participating at FMC
