Is is very important to update any changes made with your business bank account on file at Off the Grid. To be eligible to participate at any Off the Grid Event, we must always have an valid bank account (ACH). We have made this process easy for you!
Steps to change/add ACH:
1. Contact your Creator Success Manager or email csm@offthegridsf.com
2. CSM will send you a new ACH form to complete
3. Accounting will update ACH information in our system
4. Verify via Payments through your payment settings within Infrastruckture
