Is is very important to update any changes made with your business bank account on file at Off the Grid. To be eligible to participate at any Off the Grid Event, we must always have an valid bank account (ACH). We have made this process easy for you!
Steps to change/add ACH:

2. Follow instructions on the link
3. Contact your Customer Success Manager to inform them about the change
4. Verify via Payments through your payment settings within Infrastruckture
