Payment settings allows you to view the bank account we have on file to process any type of payments. These include market participation fees, cancellation fees, and failed slip collection fees at the end of a market.*
To view payments settings:
- Log into IFK using your username and password
- Click on the top left hand side to go to menu
- Scroll down to Finance & Accounting, click on payment settings
- The name of the bank institution and last four digits will appear on the second line
- The status shows if the account is currently active in our system

*Failure to turn in your slip at the end of each market can result on a $250 automatic fee deducted from your bank account. We understand mistakes happen, if you forget to turn in your slip you have 24 hours to turn it in.
- Snap a picture of your slip (make sure numbers are visible)
- Email photo to csm@offthegridsf.com with the subject “market attended - date”
- In the body of the email type in the name of vendor and attach slip photo
