In this article, we'll show you how you can easily access the `Locations` page from the calendar event cards as well as the Left-Navigation.
The Locations page will give you the details about the service location, and it will include a list of required documents to serve at this location. If all the required documents in the locations page list is in approved status, it will make you eligible to be invited by the event organizer, and it will also allow you to be eligible to apply for the event. If at any time a required document becomes invalid (expired, deleted, or declined) for a location, it will not allow you to participate in that event. So for best practice, please keep all of your files up to date in the system.
Notice in the locations page, in the Required Documents section, you'll be able to switch between your service assets if you have more than 1 type of service (so if you have 3 food trucks, you can see the status of required documents for each of the trucks) with the drop down list on the right.
You'll also see events that you can't apply for because of a missing document. When you click an event, and there is no apply button, you can click the required documents link, and it will bring you back to the locations page where you'll be able to see what documents are needed for the upload in order to make you eligible to serve at the event..
